It is a division affiliated to the university presidency in terms of organizational structure, and is concerned with citizens' affairs related to the university and its formations and developing the level of university performance.

This division reflects a civilized state in civilized societies and the state of institutions.

• The division represents the face of the university and the university president.
• Facilitating and providing the best services to complete transactions (citizens, employees, students) in cooperation with all university formations (colleges, centers, departments) and overcoming the difficulties they face when referring to the references

The Citizens Affairs Division was established based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to form this division in all government and private colleges and universities in accordance with the requirements of Book ( ) to undertake the tasks of receiving the various requests, complaints and grievances of citizens, employees and students submitted to the respected university president and responding to them in accordance with the approved controls and contexts, alleviating the burden on the citizen, organizing the process of receiving complaints and providing the best government services in caring for (citizen, employee, student) alike.
