The university administrative assistant performs the tasks below for all the overall work of the university’s concerns and the departments of the administrative and financial assistant’s office, by following up on the administrative books and directing the completion of the tasks below:

  1. Supervising the financial and administrative departments at the university.
  2. Consultation on financial and administrative matters with the university president.
  3. Issuing administrative orders regarding the appointment of teachers, employees, and technicians.
  4. Supervising the recruitment of foreign talents to supplement the educational process at the university, by issuing administrative orders related to appointment and completing administrative orders related to obtaining residency from the competent authorities.
  5. Approval of the transfer of employees and technicians at the university after consultation with the University President.
  6. Issuing letters of thanks and appreciating the efforts of the teaching and administrative staff.
  7. Field follow-up of university facilities.
  8. Conducting inspection and monitoring tours of the university’s facilities.
  9. Follow up on daily attendance, leave, and regular, sick, and time leaves.
  10. Follow up on the maintenance status of university facilities and equipment by directing specialized technical personnel in this regard.
  11. Follow up on the receipt of new facilities at the university and their compliance with quality and safety conditions.
  12. Accept/reject employee resignations.
  13. Changing job titles within the university staff.
  14. Follow up on the work of the warehouse official administratively, financially, and organizationally by reviewing records, reconciling them, ensuring their accuracy, and conducting the write-off of consumed materials after obtaining the proper approvals.
  15. Follow up on the work of the financial department, which disburses salaries and allocations and allocates the necessary budget for service and commodity requirements for assets after obtaining the required approvals.
  16. Follow up on books and inquiries received by the university and answer them after consulting with the President of the University.
  17. Forming subcommittees that facilitate and support administrative work at the university.
  18. Forming investigative committees related to violations of employees and technicians at the university presidency.
  19. Supervising the completion of the annual census at the university, which includes all aspects (faculty staff, employees, and students, in addition to completed research, workshops, conferences, student activities, facilities, and green spaces).
  20. Organizing temporary and permanent identities and following up on lost identities at the university level as a whole.
  21. Proposing activities related to the administrative, financial and legal aspects to raise employee performance.
